Dedicated to Ruthann J. Yowler (Fritz/Palmateer)
I am who I am; she was who she was.
There’s nothing on Earth like a mother’s love.
I see her smiling; looking down on me.
One thing I wish is she’s at Jesus’ knee.
I hear her laughter Her voice in the night.
Oh what a comfort, a loved one’s delight.
There is much sorrow, a call I can’t make.
Just till the morrow, when God, He does take.
Some day I’ll see you, my mom, this I know.
Jesus did promise, His path I will go.
Until that day comes, I want you to know.
You are loved forever, Our love will not go.
