Gerald Yagley Jr.
Gerald (Jerry) A. Yagley, Jr., 59, passed away peacefully June 24, 2005 at his home in Gladwin under the loving care of his family and Hospice.
Jerry was a lifetime resident of Dearborn until retiring from Ford Motor Company after 32 years of service. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam conflict and was active as an usher and religious education teacher at Sacred Heart Parish until moving north. He was a member of the Dearborn Goodfellows and Kiwanis Club.
He was the beloved and cherished husband of Linda (LaVigne) for 38 years; loving father of Thomas and Sarah; proud grandfather of Ashley and T.J.; dear son of Gerald, Sr. who proceeded him in death, Claudia (Akins) and the late Donna (Fulkerson); brother of Gary, James and the late John. He is leaving being many beloved nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
His funeral Mass was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Dearborn at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28.
