Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice
 
Bertha Yager

   Mrs. Bertha M. Yager, 93, of Beaverton, died Monday, Sept. 13, at the Most Nursing Home in Gladwin following a short illness. Born in Virginia on Jan 13, 1878, she had lived in Beaverton for 50 years and the past six in Gladwin. The former Bertha McKimmy, she was married to Harry Yager in 1898 in Coleman. He preceded her in death on Feb. 24, 1959.

   Surviving are three sons, Ray, of Shields, Clare and Rolland, of Beaverton; one daughter, Mrs. Maxine Blehem, of Defiance, Ohio; two brothers, Ottamar McKimmy, of Gladwin and Jay McKimmy, of Ludington; 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.

   Services were held today, Wednesday, at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton. The Rev. Henry List officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.
