annabelle Wizner
Annabelle A. (Jasin) Wizner, of Shelby Township, peacefully returned home to be with the Lord on June 22, 2006. Annabelle was born in Detroit on Jan. 2, 1916. She was the daughter of Frank and Helen Jasin. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s Commercial High School in Detroit. She worked downtown as a secretary for the city in the 1930s and in later years was employed as an administrator for the Specialty Foods Company of Detroit. Annabelle was married to Clement S. Wizner for 54 years. They resided in Warren for over 40 years. In 1980 they retired to northern Michigan. She continued to live in the Gladwin County area until 2005.
She was a member of St. Anne’s in Beaverton and Sacred Heart Church of Gladwin. She was also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
She will be lovingly remembered by her seven children, Rozanne (Robert) Laphew, Ramona (Chuck) Steele, Charmaine Grego, Tina Dixon, Christopher Wizner, Andre Wizner, Madonna (Dan) Boris; 20 grandchildren; and 15 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1992 and her eldest son, Jason, in 1995.
