Ethel Wilson
Ethel Fern Wilson, 101, of Gladwin passed away Dec. 5, 2007 at MidMichigan Gladwin Pines following a long illness.
She was born Nov. 1, 1906 in Bushnell, Illinois to William and Emma (Pippitt) Wilson. She was a homemaker and had lived in Gladwin County since 1988, previously residing in California and Arizona.
She is survived by two nieces, Laura Lee Wilson and Ernestine Wilson, both of Gladwin; and one nephew, Elmer Wilson Jr. of Gladwin. Ethel was preceded in death by three brothers, Elmer, James and Ersel “Bud”; two sisters, Rose “Marie” Wilson and Henrietta “Mickie” McDowell; and her parents.
A graveside service was held Friday, Dec. 7, 2007 at Highland Cemetery with Pastor Phil Hortop officiating.
Arrangements were made by Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin.
