Otis Whitehouse

   Otis Whitehouse 72 of 220 6th St., Harrison , Passed away on November 18th, 1984 at the Clare Nursing Home . He was born on October 7, 1912, in Marion County, Kentucky, the son of John B. and Minnie (Dewey) Whitehouse. Mr. Whitehouse had resided in the Harrison area since 1964, moving here from Detroit. He was employed by the Clare Community Hospital before his retirement. Otis Whitehouse was united in marriage to Irene Louvett, nee Rzepnicki, on February 15, 1964 in Saginaw.

   Surviving are his wife, Irene of Harrison; 5 sons, Otis Jr., John, Robert, William and Edward all of Beaverton; 1 daughter, Mrs. Juanita Simon, also of Beaverton; 1 step-son, George Goralskin\ of Oxford; 2 step-daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Mack of Mt. Clemens and Mrs. Elaine Dunn of Gladwin; 2 sisters, Mrs. Maude Hays of Lafayette, Indiana and Mrs. Ruby Yaeck of St. Clair Shores; 24 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives, friends and neighbors.

   Funeral services were held on Wednesday, November 21, 1984 at 3:00 p.m. from the Coker-Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with the Elder Dale Beavers officiating. Interment was in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Harrison Michigan.
