James Webb
James W. Webb, 62, of Prescott formerly of Westland, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw.
He was born May 14, 1944 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to Frank and Leona (Polly) Webb Jim married the former Theresa Wright on Oct. 6, 1962 in Detroit.
Jim served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force and was a member of the VFW Post 3323 in Westland.
Surviving are his wife, Theresa; one son, Wesley Webb of Westland; two daughters, Leona (Kenneth) Nichols of Midland, and Mary (Joseph) Mandeville of Canton; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Wilgus Webb of Prescott, and Doug Webb and Benjamin Webb, both of Kentucky. He was predeceased by one brother, Wayne.
Services were held Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007 at Sisson Funeral Home. Pastor Russell Schmidt officiated. Committal services were conducted under the auspices of VFW Post 7303.
