Hosea A. Weaver
Hosea A. Weaver, 82, 0f 110 Knox St. Beaverton, died Wednesday, July 7, in
the Gladwin Area Hospital. Born in Shelburn, Ind. on January 11, 1900, she had lived in Wabash,
Ind., the greater part of his life. He came to Beaverton in August 1981. Mr. Weaver was retired
as a truck driver for the Public Service of Indiana. He served in the Army during World War II
in the North African Campaign and was a member of the American Legion and VFW of Wabash.
Surviving are one son, Raymond of Rocky River, Ohio; 2 daughters, Mrs. Marge Stalder of Toledo,
Ohio and Mrs. Early (Mickey) McDaniels of Gladwin; one sister, Mrs. Ray Wall of Toledo, Ohio; 9
grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Rites were held Friday at 1:30 p.m. from the Mathews Funeral Home. The Rev. David Inman officiated
and burial was in the Ridge Cemetery.
