PAUL THIBODEAU
Paul J. Thibodeau, 62, of 5277 N. Butman Rd., Gladwin, died Tuesday, March 22, in Tolfree Memorial Hospital, West Branch. Born in Keego Harbor on December 23, 1920, he spent most of his life in Pontiac and moved to Gladwin County four years ago. He worked for General Motors Truck and Coach Division until retiring in 1978. Mr. Thibodeau served in the Army during World War II. He was married to the former Iva Moore in September 1978.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Diane Lucas of Fenton; 2 step-daughters, Donna Bancroft of Ferndale and Beverly Keeley of Imlay City; 4 step-sons, Arthur Mullin of Gladwin, Randy of Harrison, Lester and Andred of Ferndale; 2 brothers and 4 sisters; and 17 grandchildren.
Services were held Friday at 11 a.m. from the Mathews Funeral Home. Bruce Mayo officiated and burial was in the Butman Township Cemetery.
