Wilbur J. Stuck
Wilbur J. Stuck, 56, of 4498 Cedar Lake Rd., died Friday, February 27, at
Allen Park Veterans Hospital, following a short illness. Born April 20, 1919, he was a veteran
of World War II, and had been employed in highway construction. He had been a resident of
Gladwin County 11/2 years following 30 years residence in Detroit.
Surviving are a son, Wilbur Jr. of Detroit; a brother, Marshall of Soso, Miss., 4 sisters,
Gladys Dotson of Gladwin, Mrs. Jess (Lois) Dotson of White Pigeon, and Mrs. Claude (Ruie) McLouth
of Niles, Mrs. Donald (Martha) Otway of Midland. Services were held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Hall
Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel, with Melvin Stauffer officiating and burial was in Highland Cemetery.
