Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice
 
Virgil Emery Stockford


   Virgil Emery Stockford, son of Mrs. M. E Schutfc of Billings, died April 29 at 6:30 a. m. at St. Maiys hospital, Saginaw, of spinal meningitis. Deceased was born at McBain, Missaukee county, Nov. 20, 1889, and was aged 19 years, 5 months and 9 days. He united with the Seventh Day Adventists at Le- Grange, Ohio, two years ago, and still held to the faith at bis death. The remains were brought to High wood Saturday noon and interred in the Freewill Baptist cemetery of North Billings at 3:30 p. m. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. M. E. Schutt one brother, Max H. Stockford, Arbutus and one sister, Mrs. H. C. Arnce, Beaverton.
