Milton Spence
Milton H. Spence, 70, of Gladwin passed away April 24, 2008 at his home.
Milton was born May 12, 1937 in Savannah, Georgia to Max and Annis (Helms) Spence. He married Cynthia Wassell June 14, 1958 in Livonia.
He retired from carpentry and moved to Gladwin in 2000. Milton served his country during the Korean conflict and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Cynthia; one son, Vincent Spence of Gladwin; three daughters, Vivian Spence of Troy, Evelyn (Dan) Spittle of Rochester Hills and Mary (Tony) Uibanik of Clawson; eight grandchildren; one brother, Lummie Spence of Vidalia, Georgia; three sisters, Patricia Jones of Vidalia, Georgia, Dorothy Futch of Brunswick, Georgia and May Mayes of Lyons, Georgia.
Milton was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Frank. Graveside services were held at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Sisson Funeral Home.
