Stephanie N. Smith, 20, of Beaverton passed away suddenly on April 17, 2007 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin. She was born in Midland, Michigan on June 19, 1986 to Dirk and Kimberly (Blades) Smith She was a Packer for East Jordon Plastics in Beaverton She has resided in Gladwin county for most of her life. She attended the Beaverton Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her sons, David Wayne Smith of Clare and Jordon Southworth of Beaverton; her father and step-mother, Dirk and Marjorie Smith of Clare; her mother, Kimberly Smith of Beaverton; brother Isiah Smith of Clare; step brothers, Jason Showers of Clare and Daryl Showers of Auburn Hills; grandparents, Shirley and Pauline Blades of Beaverton, Gordon and Eunice Smith of Coleman; fiance, Chad Southworth of Beaverton; and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. on Friday, April 20, 2007 at Beaverton Church of the Nazarene in Beaverton officiated by Rev. Mark H. Moore. She was laid to rest at Tobacco Township (Dale) Cemetery in Beaverton.
Funeral arrangements were made by Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Beaverton.
