Albert Simon
Albert E. Simon, 85, of Caledonia and formerly of Livonia, went to be with his Lord on Friday, Jan. 6, 2006.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Beverley J. Simon; two daughters, Linda M. Wright of Fort Worth, Texas, and Brenda K. Simon of Bedford, Texas; one son, Albert E. Jr. (Raelyn) Simon of Lowell; four grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Ashley, and Blake; and one brother, Robert H. Simon of Royal Oak. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Priscilla A. Kipp, and his parents, Samuel and Emma Simon.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Caledonia. Pastor Robert A. Gerke officiated. Interment was at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Middleville. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Disabled American Veterans, or a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements were by the Beeler Funeral Home in Middleville.
