Patricia Seidlecki-Hook
Patricia G. Siedlecki-Hook, 86, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 5, 2006. Patricia died at the Gladwin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center- Gladwin.
She was born Oct. 7, 1919 in Grand Rapids to Vincent and Frances (Luba) Siedlecki.
The greatest passion in her life were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved to read. She was a wise woman who always gave good and caring advice.
Surviving are her daughters, Diane (Michael) Conley of Gladwin, and Kathleen Hook of Wisconsin; one son Allen Hook of Australia; grandchildren, Jeanne and D.R. Cantrell, Jon and Kelly Conley, Mike Conley, and Bob Conley of Gladwin, Andrew and Katie Hook of England, Patrick and Lisa Hook of Minot, North Dakota, and Natasha and Adam Austin of Australia; great-grandchildren Allyson, Mitchell, Sydney and Delaney Conley, Drew and Madelaine Cantrell, and Kaitlynn Conley; special loving friend Clarence Hapner of Grand Rapids; loving and devoted nieces, Marlene Mmink and Barbara Germanski. She was predeceased by her parents, and eight brothers and sisters. Her presence will be missed by all those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements were made by Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin.
