THOMAS SHERLOCK DIES IN DETROIT APRIL 29

   Thomas Sherlock, 76, former Gladwin resident, died at his home in Detroit Thursday, April 29th. Although Mr. Sherlock moved away from Gladwin more than 30 years ago, he often visited relatives here and was well-known to local people. Funeral services were held from the Van Luberghe Funeral Home in Detroit Monday at 9:30 a.m. and from the St. John Buchnan's Church at 10 a.m. A rosary service was held Sunday at 8 p.m. Burial was in Mt. Olivet cemtery in Detroit.

   Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anna Sherlock; two sons, Thomas G. and Kenneth W. Sherlock, of Detroit; a brother Michael; and three sisters, Mrs. Had Bradley, of Gladwin; Miss Mary Sherlock, of Streator, Ill, and Miss Tess Sherlock of Kent, Washington.
