Patrick E. Shell
Patrick E. Shell, age 55, of Gladwin, passed away Sunday, Nov. 23 at his home. He was born Dec. 20, 1947, in Detroit, to William and Mary Lawhorn Shell. Patrick married the former Joanne Brown on Aug. 5, 1972, in Florida. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War, where he was wounded in battle. He has lived in Gladwin County for the past 20 years.
Surviving are his wife, Joanne; his children, William P. Shell of Gladwin, Jeremiah A. Shell and Tammy J. Shell, both at home, and Sheila Harris of Gladwin; one grandson; one brother, Jack Shell of North Carolina; two sisters, Tomye Snover of Gladwin and Barbara Dickerson of Mississippi. He was predeceased by one daughter, Sonya Shell.
Private visitation was held at the Sisson Funeral Home.
