Paul E. Seelbach
Paul E. Seelbach , 64, of Gladwin, Michigan passed
away Thursday, Sept. 4, 2003 at MidMichigan Medical
Center following a brief illness. He was born in
Carlinville, Illinois on Nov. 19, 1938 to Henry and
Eunice (Lambert) Ehlers. He married the former Nora
Jean Todd on Aug. 30, 1985 in Gladwin; she survives
him. He was a plant manager for Retro Fit
Machine-Ferguson Machine. He also owned and operated
the Seelbach Club 30 from 1985 until 1999. Paulie was
a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the
Albright Shores FOE.
Surviving besides his wife, Nora; a son, Lance
(Naomi) Seelbach of Maine; a daughter, Trina (Geoff)
Putman of Fairfax, Virginia; two grandchildren, Austin
and Katie Putman; two step-daughters, Kristina
Grabowski of Minneapolis and Tamara Grabowski of New
Mexico; his father-in-law Robert Todd of Florida; his
aunt Fern Benetti of Gladwin; one brother, Jim
(Darlene) Ehlers of California; and a sister, Shirley
(Bob) Marsh of New Mexico.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday,
Sept. 9, 2003 at the Sisson Funeral Home with Rev.
Donald Haskell presiding with burial in Arbutus
Cemetery. The Sisson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements..
