Edward Sebastian
Edward C. Sebastian, 69, of Beaverton died Oct. 29, 2006 at home after a short illness.
He was born June 9, 1937 to Raymond and Omal Dale (Atchison) Sebastian in McHenry, Kentucky.
Edward was a maintenance worker for General Motors. He retired on Nov. 1, 1994, after 30 years of service. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He lived in Gladwin County for 14 years, having previously resided in Belleville. Edward was a member of Estey Moose Lodge #456.
Edward married Lorraine (Kopacz) Sebastian on Sept. 8, 1961 in St. Clair Shores.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Sebastian of Beaverton; three daughters, Cynthia (Rob) Jacobs of Goshen, Ohio, Angela (John) Ausec of Maumee, Ohio, Joanna (Jeff) Buttrey of Highland; two sons, Anthony (RonDe) Sebastian of Saline, and Raymond Sebastian of Belleville; 16 grandchildren, Robert, Garrett, Tristan, Lorne Thomas, Ross, Ryan, Rose, Catherine, Anthony, Christopher, Michael, Raymond, Ashton, John, Spencer, Connor and Jeff is on the way; and his mother, Omal Dale Butler. He is predeceased by his father.
There was a private service held on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006 at Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton. Rev. Fr. John Cotter officiated. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Mission.
