Rinold Scheibner
Rinold E. Scheibner, 64, of 1418 Highland Cove, Beaverton, died suddenly Thursday,
Feb. 22, 1990, in the MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Midland. Born in Detroit, Nov. 10, 1925,
he moved to Gladwin County in 1986 from Mt. Clemens. Mr. Scheibner was a machinist for Chrysler
Motors, Detroit Forge Plant, for 17 years until retiring in 1974. He served in the Marine Corps
during World War II and was a member of the Wolverine State Post 33 DAV in Detroit. Mr. Scheibner and
the former Dorothy Kloka were married June 11, 1971, in Detroit.
Besides his wife, he is survived by 2 step-sons, Anthony Kloka of Metamora and Nicholas Kloka of
Detroit; 2 brothers, Ewald of Warren and Donald of Sterling Heights; 2 sisters, Mrs. Lillian Williams
of Detroit and Mrs. Eileen Hilliard of Sterling Heights; and 4 grandchildren.
Rites were held Monday at 11 a.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. Roger Hardy
officiated and burial was in Tobacco Township Cemetery. Military graveside services were by the Gladwin
County VFW Post 7303.
