JAMES E. ROWE DIES SUDDENLY


  James E. Rowe, 44, died suddenly at his home in Beaverton city early this week. Funeral services will be held this afternoon, (Wednesday) at the Hall Funeral Home, beginning at 1:30 o'clock. Rev. Donald Sailor, pastor of the Beaverton Methodist church will officiate. Burial will be in the Beaverton cemetery, under the auspices of the Beaverton Post of the American Legion.

  Mr. Rowe was born in Boston, Michigan, on July 23, 1902. He made his home in Detroit until about two years ago, when he came to live in Beaverton. He was a veteran of the United States Navy of World War I. Surviving are his wife, Thelma; one son Robert Rowe, of Flint; one brother Albert Rose, of Flint; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Ellis, Mrs. William J. Blight, of Flint, Mrs. William Hooker, of Ohio. .
