Roberta Ramer
Roberta Ramer, 77, of Beaverton, died March 20, 2005 at home following a long illness.
She was born in Red Oak, Iowa on Oct. 17, 1927 to Leland and Geneieve (Swenson) Replogle. She married Charles Ramer in Fort Wayne, Indiana on Oct. 27, 1951; he passed away in 2000.
Roberta was a homemaker who lived in Gladwin County since 1972, having previously resided in Midland. She was active in Meals on Wheels in Gladwin County.
Surviving are one daughter, Karen (James) Cooper of Sanford; three sons, Steven (LuAnn) Ramer of Saginaw, Mark Ramer of Beaverton, and William A. Ramer, also of Beaverton; and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband and parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, at Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton with pastor Brad Withrow officiating. Visitation will be March 24 from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton. Memorial contributions may be made to Mid-Michigan Hospice or Pardee Cancer.
