Alton Psenski
Alton J. Psenski, 56, of Florida and formerly of Gladwin, died in Ann Arbor
Veterans Hospital Monday, Oct. 20, after a short illness. Born in Averill June 22, 1930, he
lived in Gladwin County from 1951 to 1975. He was a plant supervisor for Orange Packing Plant
in Florida.
Surviving are 3 sons, Brian of Alpena, Sgt. Michael of Cherry Pt., N.C. and David of Clare;
3 daughters, ViAnne Entriken of Davison, Nancy Howell of Gladwin and Kelly Woods of Clare; one
sister, Joyce Root of Hope; and 8 grandchildren.
Rites will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Sisson-Mathews Funeral Home. Chaplain Joseph
White will officiate and burial will be in the Highland Cemetery. Graveside services will be
conducted by VFW Post 7303.
