Henreitta Pfisthner
Henrietta “Hank” Pfisthner, 79, of Beaverton went to be with her beloved “Buck” on April 22, 2005 following a short illness. She was born in Detroit on Sept. 25, 1925 to Walter and Maryanna Oleszewski. She married Gilbert “Buck” Pfisthner in Saginaw on April 8, 1944; he died in 2002. Henrietta was cashier/bartender at Cobblestone Tavern in Albright Shores; she retired 15 years ago. She lived in Gladwin County for 30 years, having previously resided in Saginaw.
Surviving are two daughters, Deidra Brousseau (Dave Smith) of Freeland and Nadine (Mark) Kapka of Saginaw; grandchildren Barron and Julie Brousseau of Freeland, Tab and Kristi Brousseau also of Freeland, Madeana Brousseau of Cincinnati, Ohio, Joshua Kapka and Kaitlyn Kapka, both of Saginaw; Great grandchildren, Ashlee Brousseau, Dillon Brousseau and Hunter Brousseau, all of Freeland; and two sisters, Pamela (Russ) Shaw of Saginaw and Myra Roenicke of Saginaw. She was predeceased by her parents, one sister and one brother.
Memorial contributions by be made to Billings Township Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
