RALPH M. PETERSON (9 NOV 1901 - 23 JUNE 1963)
RITES HELD FOR RALPH PETERSON

  Ralph M. Peterson, 61, of Tobacco Township, died at home Sunday of a self inflicted gunshot wound. He was born on Nov. 9, 1901, in South Haven and came to Gladwin County 43 years ago. He and his brother, Herbert, operated Peterson Brothers Nursery south of Beaverton. On Sept. 25, 1938, he was married to the former Edith Rosevear in Beaverton.

  Survivors include his wife, Edith; two sons, Ray and John, and a daughter, Sharon, all of Beaverton; two brothers, Herbert, of Beaverton, and Harold, of Flint; and one grandchild. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Beaverton R.L.D.S. Church with Elder Harold Keeley officiating. Burial was in the Dale Cemetery..
