Harold Ostrander

DIES SUDDENLY AT BUTMAN HOME


  Herold Ostrander, 37, died suddenly at his home in Butman Township on Friday of a heart attack. He was born November 23, 1919 in Flint and had been a resident of Gladwin County since infancy. He was married to the former Emma Dickerson, Sept. 11, 1943 in Gladwin.

  Surviving Mr. Ostrander are his wife, Emma; two sons, Aaron and Larry; and two daughters, Diane and Joan; his mother, Mrs. Lillie Ostrander of Gladwin; also two brothers, Clayton of Flint and Warren of Laingsburg; five sisterse, Mrs. Minnie Lennon of Mason, Mrs. Beulah Leash of Pontiac, Mrs. Iva Shannon of Ferndale, Mrs. Esther Voyanoff of Pontiac and Mrs. Mildred Servis of Birch Run. One son Lonnie preceded him in death.

  Funeral services were held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Miner Funeral Home with the Rev. Alva Calkins the officiating clergyman. Burial was in the Butman Township Cemetery.
