Glenn Onweller
Glenn A. Onweller, 75, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2007, after a short illness, at MidMichigan Medical Center- Midland.
He was born on Oct. 28, 1931 in Gladwin to Claude and Lucy (Seward) Onweller He was employed at Midland Dow Chemical as a crew leader for 33 years, retiring in 1988.
He married Elaine Ree Clark on June 14, 1952 in Midland, and spent most of his life in Gladwin County.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Onweller of Beaverton; two sons, Ray (Debbie) Onweller and Richard (Jill) Onweller, all of Beaverton; one daughter, Luann Onweller of Beaverton; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters. He is predeceased by his parents; six sisters and three brothers.
According to the wishes of the family cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 19, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Beaverton Church of the Brethren with Pastor John Glasscock officiating.
A luncheon will be immediately following the service at Albright Shores Eagles Aerie #3655. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
