Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice
 
Grant Ogg

   Grant Ogg, 71, of 3676 N. Shell Rd., Gladwin, died Saturday, Sept. 17, in the Gladwin Nursing Home after a long illness. Born in Gladwin, Oct. 25, 1916, he had spent his lifetime here and farmed. Mr. Ogg and the former Mary Burns were married Oct. 19, 1950, in Gladwin. Besides his wife, he is survived by 2 sons, Rodney of Gladwin and Allan of Saginaw; 3 brothers, Glenn and Lyle of Gladwin and Jay of Rochester, Minn.; 3 sisters, Mrs. Ruth Crockett of Midland, Mrs. Avis Condra and Jean Ogg of Gladwin; and 6 grandchildren.

   Services were held Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Sisson-Mathews Funeral Home. The Rev. Roy Shaw and the Rev. Helena Egts officiated and burial was in the Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
