Mrs. John O'Connell
Mrs. John O'Connell, a former resident of Estey, died at her home in Mills township, March 2, after an illness of two years duration, although she was confined to her bed but four days. Deceased was born in Thetford, Canada, Feb. 19, 1864, and was 61 years old at the time of death.
Mrs. O'Connell was married twice, her first husband being William Robishaw, of Thetford, Canada. Mr. Robishaw passed away Oct. 20, 1898. In November, 1900, she was united in marriage to John O'Connell of Mills township, who survives her, with three sons, Oliver and Philip Robishaw of Saginaw, Elmer Robishaw of Mills, and a daughter, Mrs. Bert Boman of Saginaw. The funeral was held at the home, Rev. J. W. Tolly of Hope conducting the services. Interment was in Midland cemetery. Mrs. O'Connell had lived in Mills township for over 20 years and was highly respected by hey many friends and will be greatly missed.
