Charles Morton

RITES HELD FOR CHARLES MORTON

   Charles (Bud) Jerome Morton, 52, of Wooden Shoe Village, died suddenly Tuesday, Aug. 20, at his home. Born in Detroit on July 13, 1916, he was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Morton is survived by his mother, Mrs. Jennie Morton of Phoniex, Ariz.; and three sisters, Mrs. Grace Boyer, Phoenix, Mrs. Ethel VanKleech of Sunnyslope, Ariz., and Mrs. Thelma McLaughlin of Riverside, Calif.

   Rites were held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The Rev. Allen Parker officiated and burial was in Highland Cemetery.
