Paul Mishler Jr.
Paul Mishler Jr., 51, of 1855 Glidden Rd., Beaverton, died Wednesday,
November 16, at his home following an illness of 6 weeks. Born in Detroit February 21,
1926, he had lived most of his life in Gladwin County. Mr. Mishler and the former Miss
Betty Lorraine Fassett were married June 2, 1946, in Beaverton. He was a machinist employed
at Homestead Tool Co., Beaverton, and was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Betty; mother and step-father Oscar and Nora Holstron of North
Bradley, 4 sons, Dennis of Lupton, David of Bay City, Thomas of California, and Tim of the
U.S. Air Force; one daughter, Becky at home; one brother, Olan of Columbiaville; 2 sisters,
Mrs. John (Vivian) Brugger of Coleman and Mrs. Leslie (LaVera) Kennedy of Shields; and 2
grandchildren.
Services were held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Beaverton Chapel, Hall Funeral Home, with the
Rev. Mark H. Moore officiating. Interment was in Dale Cemetery.
