Betty Mishler

   Betty L. Mishler, 79, of Beaverton passed away April 21, 2007 at Bay Medical Center in Bay City.

   She was born in Fordson, Michigan on Aug. 20, 1927 to Sherman and Cora (Ingalls) Fassett.

   Betty was a homemaker and has lived in Gladwin for most of her life. She attended the Beaverton Church of the Brethren.

   She married Paul “Jake” Mishler Jr. on June 2, 1946 in Beaverton. He has since predeceased her.

   She is survived by four sons, Dennis (Jan) Mishler of Tawas, Dave (Cindy) Mishler of Colorado, Tom (Barb) Mishler of Arizona, and Tim (Cindy) Mishler of Beaverton; her daughter, Becky (George) Bermejo of Beaverton; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; five sisters, Nancy (Ken) Powers of Rogers, Arkansas, Laveta (Larry) Anderson, Irene (Duane) Dennet and Mary Lou (Dell) Voller all of Apache Junction, Arizona, and Janice (Lenard) Govitz of Beaverton; five brothers, Buck (Karen) Fassett of Gladwin, Sherm (Joann) Fassett, Richard (Mary Ann) Fassett, and Bob (Marion) Fassett, all of Beaverton, and Gordie (Gail) Fassett of Midland. She was predeceased by her father, mother, a brother Ken, and a sister Kathy.

   Funeral services are at 11 a.m on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at Beaverton Church of the Brethren with Pastor John Glasscock officiating. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.

   Memorial contributions will be used according to the wishes of the family.
