Ronald A. McKimmy
Ronald McKimmy, 56, of Portland, Ore., was killed in an automobile accident
Monday, June 26, in Columbia, Mo. Mr. McKimmy was returning to Oregon after visiting
relatives in Beaverton when the accident occurred. He was born in Gladwin County February 29,
1916, and was a veteran of World War II. He had been a resident of Oregon for the past 20 years,
going there from Beaverton.
Surviving are three brothers, Howard of Beaverton, Milford of Corvallis, Ore., and John of
Whitewater, Wisc., seven sisters, Mrs. Helen Fry, Mrs. Mildred Bergman, and Mrs. June Havens,
all of Beaverton; Mrs. Margaret Pietras of Saginaw, Mrs. Alice Mayer of Oakland, Calif., Mrs.
May Covey of San Jose, Calif., and Mrs. Iola Whitehead of Phoenix, Ariz.
Services will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton, with the Rev.
Henry List officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
