H. Edson McKimmy

RITES HELD for EDSON McKIMMY

   H. Edson McKimmy, 84, of Beaverton, died at the Gladwin Hospital Saturday, Feb. 1, after a short illness. Born in Ogden on June 27, 1884, he was retired from the railroad and Bohn Aluminum Company. Mr. McKimmy was a life member of the Saginaw F. & A.M Lodge No. 77. He was married to the former Essie Lampson. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Donald of Fenton and Ernest of Adrian; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Yeagar of Gladwin, and Mrs. Elva Norton of Plymouth; three brothers, Ottamar and Jay of Beaverton and Leo of Detroit; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A daughter Clayma, preceded her father in death.

   Rites were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The Rev. F.E. Voller officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.
