FORMER RESIDENT FATALLY INJURED
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Congregational church in Harrison for Mrs. Clarence McKimmy, 67, of Nashville, Mich., who was fatally injured early Saturday morning in a head-on collison in Niles.
Mr. and Mrs. McKimmy and their daughter-in-law, Mrs. Keith McKimmy, and two children, Keith Jr., 2 years and David six months were enroute to Niles to pick up Keith Sr. who had gotten as far as Niles after having car trouble enroute home from Florida. He was at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edison McKimmy. Within a block and a half of the McKimmy house in Niles in a dense fog Mr. McKimmy's car collided with an on-coming car. Clarence and his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Keith McKimmy, were seriously injured and are hospitalized in Niles. His wife Clair and the two children were fatally injured. The McKimmy's are former business people and residents of Beaverton.
