Russell McCummings
Russell D. McCummings, 63, of Gladwin died June 5, 2005 at his home.
He was born in River Rouge on March 6, 1942 to Emmett and Florence (Dupuie) McCummings.
He married the former Sherley Schuler in Lake City on July 22, 1963. He lived in Gladwin County most of his life and was owner/operator of McCummings Logging. He was also a veteran. He is survived by his wife Sherley McCummings of Gladwin; two sons, Ron (Lisa) McCummings and Jeff McCummings, both of Gladwin; one daughter, Jodi McCummings of Kalamazoo; two grandchildren, Blake McCummings and Zacheriah McCummings, both of Gladwin; one brother, Robert McCummings of Flint; one sister, Rita Renfore of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Richard and Ronald.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 8 at 11 a.m. at Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin with Pastor Chad Deerman officiating. Burial will take place at Butman Cemetery in Gladwin.
