Allen Marshall

SERVICES HELD FOR ESTEY MAN

   Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at 3 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Estey for Allen H. Marshall, 71, who died Sunday following a three-day illness. The Rev. James Wycoff officiated and burial was in Rhodes Cemetery. Mr. Marshall was born in Hope township, Midland County, July 27, 1887, and had been a farmer near Estey for the past 30 years.

   Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; two sons, Earl, of Midland, and Julius, of Bay City; six daughters, Mrs. Harold Ikens and Mrs. Alvin Wenglikowski, of Bay City; Mrs. Fred LaParr, of Pinconnin, Mrs. Delbert Thomas, of Hope, Mrs. Herman Lovik, of Estey, and Miss Mary Marshall, of Midland; a brother, George, of Midland; three sisters, Mrs. William Freeman, Mrs. Roy Chase, and Mrs. Jack Mapes, of Midland; 30 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
