Claude Mallery
CLAUDE MALLERY
Claude H. Mallery, 42, of 4700 Round Lake Rd., Gladwin, died suddenly Thursday, May 7, in the Gladwin Area Hospital. Born in Owosso on November 10, 1938, he came to Gladwin County in August 1976 from Chesaning. Mr. Mallery worked at Fisher Body No. 2 and Rogers Construction in Flint, until illness forced his retirement in August 1980. He was a member of the National Guard Army Reserve and the Flint Moose Lodge. Mr. Mallery and the former Peggy Brigance were married November 12, 1960, in Flint.
Besides his wife, he is survived by 3 daughters, Claudia of Flint, Robin and Carla at home; 2 sons, Bryan and Bradley at home; his mother and step father, Robert and Opal Corlew of Mio; one brother, Ryan of Flint; and one granddaughter.
Services were held Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Mathews Funeral Home. Elder Stanley Muma officiated and burial was in the Butman Cemetery..
