Edward Liss
Edward C. Liss, 76, of Silver Springs, Florida, died March 14, 2005 in his home. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and came to reside in Gladwin County in October 2004 and resided for a time in Walterboro, South Carolina.
Liss served as a corporal in the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. His most current occupation was Service Manager in automotive dealerships. He was of the Catholic faith, and he enjoyed woodworking and car shows.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Liss, of Silver Springs, Florida; his daughter, Penny Ann Moyer of Salem, Oregon; two sons, Matthew L. Liss of Hollywood, Florida and Mitchell L. Liss of St. Cloud, Florida; two brothers, Robert Liss of Mt. Clemens, Michigan, and Raymond Liss of Greta, Louisiana; two sisters, Gloria Kawecki of Fraser, Michigan, and Marge Sieradzki of Roseville, Michigan; and two grandchildren.
