Mary L. Lee
Mary L. Lee, 72, of Beaverton, passed away suddenly May 1, 2008 at MidMichigan Medical Center–Gladwin. She was born May 13, 1935, to Ralph and Leah (Groff) Eagley in Beaverton.
She was a bus attendant for handicapped children at the Beaverton Rural Schools prior to her retirement in the 1980’s. She moved back to her native Gladwin County in 1955, having previously resided in Coleman. She was a member of the White Star Auxiliary.
She married Richard Lee April 7, 1955. He predeceased her in 2004.
Surviving are her children, Rick (Charlene) Lee of Beaverton, Marsha Sutton of Beaverton and Diana (Mark) YarHouse of Evart; five grandchildren, Erik, Shaylynn, Megan, Mikala and Ryan; one brother, Ralph Eagley of Clare; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband; her parents; two sisters; and one brother.
The family will receive visitors from 3 p.m. until the time of service at Beaverton Nazarene Church at 4 p.m. Pastor Jerry Wells will officiate.
