Laura Lange
Mrs. Laura M. Lange, 98, of 112 Knox St., Beaverton, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 1992, in Greenbrier Nursing Home, Sherling, after a long illness.
Born in Gladwin, Feb. 25, 1894, she had spent most of her life in the county. Mrs. Lange taught in the county schools and was also a practical nurse. She was a member of the Farm Bureau.
The former Laura Thorington, she was married to Bernard Robbins in 1914, in Gladwin, and he died in 1943. She then married Paul Lange in 1958, in Midland. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Bud (Gwen) Kunze of Sun City, Ariz; one son, Ray Robbins of Gladwin; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 8 great, great grandchildren. A daughter, Florence Knudson, preceded her in death.
The body was cremated and no services were held.
