Leonard R. Krigner
Leonard R. Krigner, 74, of 3900 Two Mile Rd., Gladwin, died Tuesday, Aug. 23,
in the Midland Hospital Center after a long illness. Born in Detroit, Dec. 19, 1913, he moved to
Gladwin County in 1962. Mr. Krigner was a foreman at Chrysler Corporation in Highland Park for 35
years until retiring in 1969. He was a member of the UAW and served in the Army from 1942 to 1946.
Surviving are his wife, Stella; 3 sons, Rheinhard of Wixom, Terry of Howell and Gerald of
Belleville; 2 daughters, Mrs. Michael (Marlen) Dzieglewicz of Walled Lake and Darlene Cox of Howell;
one brother, Henry of Beverly Hills; 2 sisters, Rhoda Frommert of East Tawas and Violet Poellet of
Bloomfield Township; and 19 grandchildren.
Services were held Thursday at 3 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel. The Rev. Donald
Dengler officiated and burial was in the McClure Cemetery.
