Balint Kormos
Balint “Val” Kormos, 71, of Beaverton passed away suddenly, at MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin on Thursday, July 5, 2007. He was born Sept 10, 1935 in Hungary to Geza and Viktoria Kormos.
He married Judith Pafka (predeceased 2005) Oct. 29, 1960 in Royal Oak.
He was employed as an engineer at Craftline Incorporated in Hazel Park.
He had lived in Gladwin County since 1995, previously residing in Sterling Heights. He was a member of Albright Shores Eagles Aerie #3655 and Midland Tennis Club.
Surviving are three sons, Paul (Heidi) Kormos of Washington Township, Jim (Eden) Kormos of Washington Township, and Mark (Jen) Kormos of Roseville; five grandchildren, Courtney, Paige, Riley, Stanley and Jacob; one brother, Geza (Madika) Kormos; and one sister: Ezabela Kormos. He is predeceased by his wife; parents; and one sister Funeral services were Monday, July 9, 2007 at Hall- Kokotovich Funeral Home in Beaverton. Burial took place at Tobacco Township (Dale) Cemetery in Beaverton.
