Josephine Kirby
Josephine A. Kirby, 64, of Beaverton passed away Oct. 18, 2006 at Mid Michigan Medical Center-Gladwin after a sudden illness.
She was born May 4, 1942 to Basil and Pauline (Gryczo) Ozuraites in Saginaw. Josephine married Virgil Kirby on April 14, 1988.
She was a homemaker, and has lived in Gladwin County since 1977, having previously resided in Bay City.
She was a member of Albright Shores Eagles Club #3655 and the American Legion Auxiliary 171.
She is survived by one son, Michael (Marlene) Stewart of Elwell; two daughters, Shari (Dale) Mardlin of Lapeer, and Amy Bigham of Beaverton; one brother, Roger Bigham of Atlanta, Georgia; 10 grandchildren, Nathan, Jessica, Kristina, Steven, Dawn, Anthony, Trevor, Samantha, Ryan and Regina; three great-grandchildren, Nathan Jr., Randilee, and Grace Autum.
She is predeceased by her husband, Virgil, in 1992; her parents; and a daughter, Kathy Stewart.
