Michael Kane
Michael “Max” James Kane, 44, of Gladwin passed away from a sudden illness on Sept. 8, 2006 at his home. Michael was born Feb. 4, 1962 to James and Terry (Dixon) Kane in Royal Oak.
Michael was a salesman for the telecommunications industry. He lived in Gladwin for five years. He previously resided in Austin, Texas.
Michael is survived by his parents, James and Terry Kane of Gladwin; two sisters, Lisa (Bruce) Low of Ann Arbor, and Colleen (Paul) Jorgensen of Fenton; one brother, Dixon (Beth) Kane of Ann Arbor; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Evan, and Erica Jorgensen, Chelsea and Gram Low, and Harrison Kane; grandmother, Audrey Dixon of Palm City, Florida; and his cat, Harold.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin. A gathering will start Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 1 p.m. until the time of memorial at Hall Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be made to Heart of Michigan Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 624, Gladwin, MI 48624.
