Irvin Isble Jr.
ILLNESS FATAL TO IRVIN ISBLE, 44
Services were held Sunday for Irvin Isble, 44, of Butman Township, who died Wed., Aug.
9, in Ford Hospital, Detroit, following an illness of five months. He was born in Middleton,
Ohio, Nov. 29, 1922, and came to Gladwin five yearss ago from Flint. He was employed as an
electrician at the Chevrolet plant.
Mr. Isble and the former Elaine Gilbert were married Aug. 18, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio. He was
a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. Survivors are his wife, Elaine; four sons,
Floyd, Dean, George and Andrew; three daughters, Laura, Mary, and Georgene, all at home. The Rev.
M. R. Putnam officiated at the 3:00 p.m. services Sunday at Hall's Funeral Home. Interment was in
Ridge Cemetery.
