Nora L. Holstrom
Nora L. (Mishler) Holstrom, 86, of Coleman, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 1990, in the Frankenmuth Convalescent Center. Born in Beaverto, March 18, 1903, she had lived there for many years. She was a lifetime member of the Beaverton Church of the Brethren. The former Nora Bergman, she was married to Paul Mishler, Dec. 20, 1919, in Beaverton. He died in 1958. She then married Oscar Holstrom, May 3, 1975, in Coleman, he preceded her in death in 1984.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Vivian Brugger of Coleman and Laveria Kennedy of Saginaw; a step-son, Larry Holstrom of Muskegon; a step-daughter, Virginia Murray of North Bradley; 22 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Paul in 1977 and Olan in 1984 and a great grandchild, Kayle Brugger in 1986.
Services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Coleman Wesleyan Church. The Rev. Stephen Skinner and the Rev. Al Springer officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the O'Laughlin Funeral Home, Coleman.
