Marjorie Higgs
MARJORIE HIGGS
Mrs. Marjorie B. Higgs, 5, of Billings Township, died Wednesday, Apri 17, in St. Luke's Hospital, Saginaw, after a short illness. Born in Flint, on Aug. 21, 1919, she came to Gladwin County 10 years ago. The former Marjorie Pike, she was married to Roy Higgs in April 1954, in Flint.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two step-sons, Richard of White Cloud and Hazen of Flint; one step-daughter, Mrs. Neaomi Buchard of Houghton Lake; two brothers, Frederick Pike of Saginaw and Manville Pike of Sun Valley, Calif.; and one sister, Mrs. Kathryn Bates of Flint. A son, William Graves, preceded her in death.
Services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton. The Rev. Emeritus Neil Keyes officiated and burial was in the Billings Township Cemetery.
