Ted Henderson
Ted J. Henderson, 60, of Gladwin, Michigan died April 12, 2006 at home following a sudden illness. He was born in Cocke County, Tennessee on Jan. 21, 1946 to James and Cinda (Darsey) Henderson. He married the former Charlotte Alexander in Flint on Jan. 22, 1966.
Mr. Henderson was a Union Representative for Local 599 and employed by General Motors - Buick Division. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He lived in Gladwin County since 1989, having previously resided in Flint. He was a member of Standish V.F.W. #3724 and Masonic Lodge #517.
Surviving him are his wife, Charlotte Henderson of Gladwin; his son and two daughters, Charles (Sandi) Henderson of Gladwin, Cindy (Kevin) Sanders of Flint, and Kimberly (Matt) Bruner of Gladwin; six grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Alex, Aaron, Shea and Chloe; three sisters, Mary Cox and Carolyn Ladd, both of Tennessee, and Martha Ignace of Manistique; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, and five brothers and sisters.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 15 at Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin with pastor Tony Alexander officiating.
