Isaac M. Hatch


   Death of Well Known Pioneer at Ripe Age of 77 Years. Died, April 11, Isaac M. Hatch of old age at the home of his daughter, Mrs. R. McIntyre near Dover, Clare county. He was born in Freedom township, Portage county, Ohio, June 19, 1830. He moved to Gladwin in 1885, and made his home in Buckeye township until his wife died about 16 years ago. Since then he has made his home with his children, four of whom survive him: Mrs. A. McLouth of Arthur township, Clare county, Mrs. Mclntyre of Dover, Fred Hatch of Buckeye township and George Hatch of Proctor, Minn. Funeral services were held at the house April 15, after which interment took place in Highland cemetery, Gladwin, a drive of 20 miles from Dover.
